Founder & President
Mr. Sadler is the founder and President of Sadler Law, a law firm serving clients legal needs and managing, advocacy, dispute resolution and litigation for the firm in jurisdictions throughout Florida. Thomas J. Sadler is a Florida bar member admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts.
From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Sadler served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, prosecuting various felony matters, including gun crimes, homicides, career criminal prosecutions, vehicular manslaughter, drug trafficking, and theft and fraud-related issues.
As part of the Organized Crime Unit, Mr. Sadler served for over three years as a specially designated prosecutor, handling complex insurance fraud schemes and working closely with investigative units of the Florida Department of Financial Services to aggressively identify, investigate, and prosecute insurance fraud schemes. Mr. Sadler has extensive experience investigating fraud, money laundering, racketeering, and corrupt-influence organizations.
Mr. Sadler has a diverse background in local, state, and national legislative and public policy, government affairs, and strategic communications. Before graduating from the University of Miami Law School in 2003, Mr. Sadler served as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Bob Graham in his Washington D.C. office. His experience includes serving as a federal liaison officer to the Governor of the State of New Jersey, experience as a senior account executive with one of the nation’s leading public affairs consulting firms, and as communications director for a major national environmental advocacy organization.
